Position Overview

As a Teller (Full Time/Part Time), you will provide exceptional customer service, perform high-volume banking transactions accurately, educate customers on innovative technology, and develop banking product referrals through strong relationship skills. This position is within PNC's Retail Branch Banking Network, based in San Antonio, Texas, at the Goliad branch.

Job Responsibilities
  • Deliver a unique customer experience aimed at improving financial wellbeing and creating loyalty, while increasing share of wallet. Process various customer interactions, educate on financial options, identify banking opportunities, and refer appropriately.
  • Engage with customers in the lobby to connect and position PNC products to meet their needs, leveraging technology and resources.
  • Apply product and procedural knowledge to resolve customer issues.
  • Follow all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment. Ensure efficient and accurate completion of teller and branch operations.
