TRUE Community Credit Union is seeking a Part-Time Member Advisor in Saline, Michigan. You will help members with deposits, loans, and everyday banking, delivering exceptional service as the team prepares a new branch in downtown Saline.

The role offers up to 29 hours per week, training in Westland, MI, and opportunities to grow with a community-focused organization that values member relationships and quality service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year of banking, retail, sales, customer service, cash handling, or related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, and everyday banking transactions.
• Assist members with loan applications and account services.
• Identify financial solutions to meet members' needs.
• Detect and prevent fraudulent activity.
• Build relationships to create lifelong members.
• Navigate multiple systems while maintaining regulatory compliance.
• Promote products and services that help members succeed financially.

Schedule

• Up to 29 hours per week
• Monday through Friday shifts (starting as early as 8:00 a.m. and ending at approximately 5:15 p.m.)
• Scheduled 2–3 Saturdays per month (8:45 a.m. – 1:15 p.m.)

Orientation & Training

We invest in your success from day one.

• 8 days of paid orientation located in Westland, MI
• 5 weeks of hands-on training with an experienced Member Advisor
• Ongoing coaching and development throughout your career
