Full-Time Member Advisor

Location: Jackson County, MI Pay: Starting at $16.36/hour, with opportunities to earn more based on experience

What to Expect

• Work Schedule: Monday-Friday with shifts starting as early as 7:00 a.m. or ending around 6:00 p.m., plus 2-3 Saturday shifts per month from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
• Paid Training: A 7-day orientation at our main branch in Jackson, MI, followed by six weeks of hands-on training at one of our Jackson County branches. You'll work alongside experienced Member Advisors to gain confidence in your role.

Your Role

As a Member Advisor, you'll be the face of TRUE Community Credit Union, helping members with everyday banking needs, including:

• Processing deposits, withdrawals, and loan applications
• Providing guidance on our products and services to help members make the most of their finances
• Identifying and preventing fraudulent transactions while ensuring compliance with regulations
• Navigating multiple technology platforms to assist members efficiently
