Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and check cashing
• Uncover members’ needs and recommend solutions using a sales-through-service consultative approach
• Conduct basic member service and loan functions, including consumer accounts, disputes, account maintenance, and unsecured loans
• Transition members to appropriate teammates for advanced products or services
• Educate members on self-service technology and digital solutions, including mobile/online banking, bill pay, remote deposit capture, and ITM services
• Maintain appropriate records and prepare required reports
• Perform branch-specific functions, including end-of-day balancing and night drop
• Recognize referral opportunities and refer members to internal business partners for investments, mortgage, or commercial lending
