Job summary

CMC, a Fortune 500® company, invites graduates to join its Durant, Oklahoma program to learn the steel and construction reinforcement industries and to grow in a dynamic, hands-on environment.

You will train on and safely operate mechanical equipment, participate in safety programs, and engage in various trainings and business projects while attending sales meetings. A capstone project concludes the program and relocation may be required at the end of the program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Ability to relocate at the end of the program if the next opportunity is at a different location.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the CMC Safety Programs and proactively uphold the CMC Safety Culture.
• Train on and Safely operate mechanical equipment as required.
• Participate in various developmental trainings and business projects.
• Attend Sales meetings, trainings, and activities as required.
• Complete and present a capstone project at the conclusion of program.
