Qualifications

• Four-year technical degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 2 years of related work experience; or 5+ years melt shop experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Improve safety and housekeeping in the caster area.
• Participate in metallurgical and process analysis and optimization.
• Assist with short- and long-term improvement projects and day-to-day operational issues.
