You will support both short-term improvements and long-term projects, driving day-to-day operational excellence across the caster area.

The role requires a four-year technical degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering, with 2+ years of related experience or 5+ years in melt

Qualifications

• Four-year technical degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 2+ years related work experience; or 5+ years melt shop experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Improve safety and housekeeping in the caster area and participate in metallurgical and process analysis and optimization.
• Assist with long-term and short-term improvement projects and day-to-day operational issues.
• Uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.
