Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; ability to learn on the job.
• Strong teamwork, reliability and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures, dust and noise.

Responsibilities

• Assist maintenance staff and perform routine repairs.
• Follow safety rules and proper PPE usage.
• Inspect equipment and complete shift reports.
• Carry out housekeeping and prepare equipment for maintenance.
• Support furnace and casting operations as needed.
