Job summary

Ventura Foods in Albert Lea, MN is seeking an onsite production worker for the second shift to sort and process product and melt nonconforming material for rework.

You will maintain accurate paperwork, operate equipment safely, and uphold Food Safety, FSMA and SQF standards. The role is hourly with opportunities for rate increases and a $0.25/hr shift differential on evenings. This position offers growth within our manufacturing team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Sort and process product as directed.
• Melt raw product and cycle back to proper run tank.
• Maintain accurate and legible paperwork for all products being handled.
• Maintain proper operation of equipment.
• Follow all Food Safety policies, procedures and regulatory criteria including SQF, GMPs and FSMA.
