Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Melt Supervisor or Superintendent, preferably in a unionized facility.
• Melt Operations experience in a high-volume foundry.
• Experience working in an ISO-9001:2015 environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct a team of Melt Supervisors to meet company goals.
• Lead quality and safety audits in the Melt Department.
• Coordinate efforts with Engineering, Production Control, and Maintenance.
