Job summary

The role involves collaborating with operations to improve yield, production, and product quality while reducing costs, and coordinating outages with maintenance teams. You will also assist in developing EAF technology to enhance safety and reduce variability, and work with IT to tailor maintenance solutions to mill

• Work with operations to improve the steelmaking process by increasing yield, production and quality while reducing costs.

• Help develop and install EAF technology that improves safety, plant up time and product variability.
• Assist with coordinating planned maintenance - down days and outages.
• Work with operations to improve the steelmaking process by improving yield, increasing production, decreasing costs, and enhancing product quality.
• Work with IT to develop a maintenance program custom to the mill's requirements.
