Clow Valve Company seeks a Melt and Materials Lab Supervisor to lead iron melt production and ensure high-quality castings through testing, analysis, and routine reporting. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and hands-on knowledge of melting, pouring, and sampling procedures.

You will coordinate maintenance, drive process improvements, and collaborate with engineering to implement new practices while maintaining compliance with ASTM standards and internal QA/QC protocols.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of leadership experience in manufacturing operations or leadership trainee roles.
• Or 2-year Associates Degree with 2+ years in manufacturing.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate melting and pouring of iron with available resources.
• Communicate safety and quality standards to staff; run daily startup meetings.
• Collaborate with external labs and sand/metal distributors for material quality.
