Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Must have 1 year of continuous work experience in an industrial environment.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of management.
• Must have excellent hand and eye coordination.

Responsibilities

• Observe furnaces using screens to monitor issues.
• Operate controls to move or discharge metal.
• Prepare material to load into furnaces.
• Drain molten metal and place it into molds.
• Record production data and maintain logs.
