Responsibilities

• Foster an operational culture following HSE and corporate policies.
• Support Breeding Teams in field activities for evaluation of hybrids and inbred lines.
• Implement High-Throughput Phenotyping protocols in Cucurbit programs.
• Collect, document, and curate data for accuracy and integrity.
• Lead field crew activities during field evaluation season.
• Assist breeding and market teams in data collection for trait discovery and validation.
• Perform other duties as needed to meet project goals.
