Malibu Boats in Lenoir City, TN, is seeking an Assembly Harness Technician to assemble wire harnesses and panels per work instructions and drawings. You will use assembly boards, test processes, and quality standards to deliver reliable harnesses while maintaining a clean, safe workspace.
Responsibilities include building harness designs, sub-assembly of switches, installing wire assemblies, testing outputs, and identifying upstream issues that affect quality.

This position is responsible for assembling wire harnesses and/or panels from components as well as sub-assemblies. Executes duties with a high degree of quality, with few defects, and within the labor time requirements for the products being assembled.
Other duties may be assigned as required.

Education and/or Experience: One to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to supervisor, team members, and/or other members of the organization.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to apply mathematical concepts using standardization formulae.
Reasoning Ability: Must possess, maintain, and utilize as required understanding of general problem solving and logical reasoning. Ability to address a variety of abstract and concrete variables.
