Job summary

NANA Worley is seeking a MEL Specialist to implement and maintain Master Equipment List data controls at our Anchorage headquarters. You will ensure accurate tagging, data integrity, and adherence to procedures while collaborating with engineering and field teams.

You will lead MEL data management, audits, and training, and you will coordinate with IT and design peers to maintain data workflows and MEL standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in engineering technology, records management, or related field.
• Exposure to SAP, engineering docs, equipment databases, or P&IDs preferred.
• Ability to learn technical concepts and maintain accurate records in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with SAP S/4, Winshuttle, asset management systems preferred.
• Familiarity with equipment data, maintenance systems, and data governance required.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain MEL records, tags, and functional locations in SAP S/4.
• Verify data via site walkdowns and field verification as needed.
• Process MEL requests and update MEL records per standards.
• Upload equipment data using Winshuttle; troubleshoot issues with IT.
• Coordinate module numbers and SAP updates with IT and engineering.
• Support MEL audits, data extracts, discrepancies, and corrective actions.
• Develop MEL procedures, work instructions, and training materials.
• Lead weekly MEL pulse-check meetings and cross-functional coordination.
• Communicate MEL status and deadlines via project tools and Teams.
