Sharda Consultancy Services is seeking required HR recruiters to join our remote, home-based team. The role offers commission-based compensation and requires a personal laptop. Top candidates will be self-motivated, sharp, and capable of thriving in a distributed recruitment environment.

After an initial 2-month performance review, salary will commence with compensation on a performance basis. Prior BPO hiring experience is preferred to quickly align with our client needs and timelines.
