MGM Grand Las Vegas is seeking a Meeting Concierge to elevate guest experiences by coordinating meetings and events, inspecting spaces, and guiding setup to ensure flawless execution. You will collaborate with Convention Service Managers, Sales Managers, and Catering teams to translate client requirements into memorable experiences.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in Hospitality or Event Planning, strong customer service and interpersonal skills, the ability to work varied shifts including

Responsabilités

• Schedule meetings with Convention Service Managers, Sales Managers and Catering Managers.
• Inspect meeting rooms and ensure setup matches Event Orders.
• Assist in supervising Banquet, A/V, IT and related staff for client meetings.
• Walk spaces before and after events to verify no damage and timely service.
• Attend Pre-Convention meetings and support group coordination.
