Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager, MedTech Quality Communications to lead development of quality-related communications for the MedTech Quality Organization. Based in Irvine, CA or New Brunswick, NJ, you will partner with cross‑functional teams to craft messages that protect and enhance the company’s reputation.

You will work with the VP and Chief Quality Officer on strategic engagements, ensuring timely delivery of communications across regions and functions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
8+ years in a communications or public relations role, healthcare/MedTech preferred.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead quality-related communications for the MedTech Quality function.
Develop messaging and materials to protect and enhance company reputation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to convey quality stories to stakeholders.
Support MedTech Chief Quality Officer on strategic speaking engagements.
Coordinate with global Quality and Communications leaders on opportunities, issues, milestones, audits.
Maintain consistency in quality communications across MedTech.
Monitor the competitive landscape for quality issues and policy actions.
