Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in a communications or public relations role.
• Experience in healthcare or MedTech communications preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of the MedTech landscape.
• Ability to translate complex scientific concepts into compelling communications.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Change management expertise.
• Ability to address organizational change challenges.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead management and execution of MedTech quality-related communications.
• Develop quality-related messaging and materials to protect and enhance company reputation.
• Collaborate with teams across businesses, regions, and functions to elevate the quality story.
• Convey important information to key internal and external stakeholders.
• Partner with MedTech Chief Quality Officer on strategic speaking engagements and external communications.
• Coordinate with global Quality and Communications leaders on quality-related opportunities, issues, milestones, and audits.
• Ensure consistency in communications across MedTech.
• Maintain knowledge of quality communications.
• Monitor the competitive landscape for quality issues, advancements, risks, and policy actions.
• Deliver communication materials in a fast-paced environment.
• Report to the VP, MedTech Quality Transformation Office.
