Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks a Senior Manager, Global Development Business Operations Communications, to lead internal communications across the Global Development function. You will draft engaging content for Home articles, Viva Engage, newsletters, leadership videos, and more, ensuring messaging aligns with branding and Credo.

Based in NJ/PA with hybrid on-site three days a week, you will help coordinate change initiatives, plan town halls, and track KPIs while partnering with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications or related field.
• 8–10+ years of experience in a communications role, preferably in pharma.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate complex topics for leaders.

Responsibilities

• Draft and produce high-quality, engaging GD-specific content across multiple channels (articles, newsletters, town halls, leadership memos, videos).
• Coordinate delivery and tracking of GD initiatives across all functions with Director/VP support; align with macro messaging.
• Ensure plans align to active change initiatives and support messaging consistency across GD.
• Support development and execution of external initiatives including Clinical Trials Awareness Week and GD leader LinkedIn posts.
