Job summary

IQVIA MedTech CFS is seeking a detail-oriented Field Service Coordinator to support on-site teams by coordinating technicians, arranging schedules, and communicating with hospital staff. This remote, assignment-based role requires proactive organization and travel as projects require.

• An active and unrestricted driver license and a personal vehicle for local work-related assignments are required for this position. Travel time and mileage are reimbursed.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds required.
• Ability to clear hospital vendor credentialing requirements, including proof of vaccination status.
• Position may/will require up to date immunizations.

Job description

Our MedTech Field Service Agents employ their technical and customer service experience by collaborating with healthcare professionals and technicians. You will be responsible for coordinating technicians, assisting with their needs to complete the job, interacting with the customer and coordinating the support of an on-site team. • Assist field service staff with scheduling, coordinating work, tools, and everyday needs for field work.
• Set-up and organization of equipment and workstations
• Conduct routine checks and records data from product tests after installation and configuration
• Provide ongoing communication and customer support to on-site hospital staff.
• Provide on-the-job training (OTJ) for new hires.
• Complete other duties at the discretion of management

Schedule :

Workers will work an assignment-based schedule with 40 hours commitment per week. This is primarily a remote home-based role with travel as required by the project.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

The potential base pay range for this role is $2-$30 per hour.
