Job summary

IQVIA MedTech seeks a Field Service Agent to support on-site hospitals by coordinating technicians, setting up equipment, and communicating with staff. This remote home-based role includes travel as required and offers a chance to advance technical skills.

Responsibilities include scheduling, coordinating tools, training new hires, and maintaining records from product tests. A high school diploma is required, plus 1–2 years of project coordination and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of project coordination experience including scheduling technicians and interacting with clients.
• Active and unrestricted driver license and own vehicle required for local work; travel reimbursed.
• Ability to sit/stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Must clear hospital vendor credentialing requirements and provide vaccination status.
• Position may require up-to-date immunizations.

Our MedTech Field Service Agents employ their technical and customer service experience by collaborating with healthcare professionals and technicians. You will be responsible forcoordinating technicians, assisting with their needs to complete the job, interacting with the customer and coordinating the support of an on-site team. This is a great opportunity to develop and advance your technical skills!

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist field service staff with scheduling, coordinating work, tools, and everyday needs for field work.

• Set-up and organization of equipment and workstations

• Conduct routine checks and records data from product tests after installation and configuration

• Provide ongoing communication and customer support to on-site hospital staff.

• Provide on-the-job training (OTJ) for new hires.

• Complete other duties at the discretion of management

Schedule:

• Workers will workan assignment-based schedule with 40 hours commitment per week

• This is primarily a remote home-based role with travel as required by the project.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Minimum of 1-2 years of demonstrated project coordination experience including scheduling of technicians and interacting with clients.

• An active and unrestricted driver license and a personal vehicle for local work-related assignments are required for this position. Travel time and mileage are reimbursed.

• Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time and lift up to25 poundsrequired

• Ability to clear hospital vendor credentialing requirements, including proof of vaccination status

• Position may/will require up to date immunizations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hardware - Software – field service coordination of schedules and assignments

• Comfortable with Microsoft and other industry related data entry and platforms

The potential base pay range for this role is $27-$32 per hour. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
