Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovation’s MedTech division is seeking a Process Engineering Co-Op in Puerto Rico. The role runs January–December 2027, full-time (40 hours/week) on site in Anasco.

You will work across engineering assignments, assisting planning and design of materials, equipment and processes, and collaborating with teams to drive project completion. Qualified candidates are undergrad freshmen pursuing a bachelor’s degree in mechanical, chemical, or industrial engineering with a 3.0+ GPA,

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft 365: Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint and Word.
• Enrollment in an accredited college/university during the Co-op/Internship is required.
• Actively pursuing at least a bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Availability to work full-time (40 hours/week) during the Co-op/Internship.

Responsibilities

• Work on engineering assignments applying a broad range of engineering principles.
• Assist with planning development and design of materials, equipment, and/or processes.
• Review progress and evaluate results across projects and disciplines.
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to complete projects.
• Assist with facilitating and conducting engineering assignments.
