Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in IT/engineering.
• 8+ years in solution/enterprise architecture, PLM architecture, or related roles.
• Strong experience architecting enterprise PLM solutions, including Windchill.
• Deep understanding of PLM lifecycle processes: data management, document control, change management, product structure, BOM configuration, and engineering workflows.

Responsibilities

• Shape the future of R&D PLM architecture across MedTech, defining capabilities, data, and processes.
• Create practical blueprints, reference patterns, and design principles to improve PLM consistency over time.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and trade-offs; mentor architects and engineers to raise architecture maturity across teams.
