Job summary

IQVIA MedTech Field Service Technician in Las Vegas, NV is a part-time, field-based role. You will troubleshoot, repair and update automated medication dispensing systems inside hospitals and clinical settings, with travel to customer sites and on-call rotations.

Training is provided and paid. Immunization and credentialing requirements apply. A valid driver's license and a personal vehicle are required. The role is 20–25 hours per week with potential start in Oct 2026.

Qualifications

• Intermediate troubleshooting abilities in electronics, mechanics, and electromechanical systems.
• Experience as a military technician or similar electronics role preferred.
• Healthcare, field service, biomedical or pharmacy tech experience is beneficial.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Requires lifting up to 70 lbs and the ability to clear hospital credentialing.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair existing devices and document activities.
• Replace hardware parts, perform software updates and calibrations.
• Conduct preventative maintenance as required by the customer.
• Assist in installation and deployment of new devices at customer sites.
• Perform routine system checks and record data from product tests after installation.
• Maintain and stock parts and tools; be available on-call including nights and weekends.
