Job summary

IQVIA MedTech CFS is hiring Field Service Technicians to troubleshoot, repair, and update medical devices in hospitals across the United States with on-site support. You will join a team that values technical excellence, leadership, and collaboration to drive healthcare forward.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year related technical experience required.
• 3+ years’ experience in field technical role with focus on both hardware and software installations preferred.
• Experience in field service, engineering, biomedical, maintenance, electronics, electrical, technical work, or IT is preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle; willingness to travel up to 3 hours from home.

Responsibilities

• Organizing, testing, and updating medical devices, installing, and configuring hardware, software, and network products.
• Set-up and organization of equipment and workstations.
• Conduct routine checks and records data from product tests after installation and configuration.
• Manage project timelines and customer needs.
