Medical Diagnostic Laboratories (MDL), a member of Genesis Global Group, is a CLIA certified clinical laboratory specializing in automated DNA-based molecular analysis for infectious diseases and gynecology research. MDL seeks a high-energy salesperson to maintain and grow a hospital/physician client base across the U.S.

as an entry-level Sales Executive. You will build relationships, present customized test information, and drive revenue while traveling within the territory.

Qualifications

• Must have strong multitasking, organization, and attention to detail.
• Energy, motivation, enthusiasm and integrity are essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Sound judgment and decision‑making abilities.
• Travel within coverage area and nationwide as needed.
• 1–3 years of experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual sales and profit objectives for defined territory.
• Acquire new business and exceed territory sales budget annually.
• Develop and present personalized sales presentations to physicians and clinics; demonstrate MDL's features and services.
• Establish long-term client relationships through scheduled calls.
• Maintain a full pipeline and manage territory growth.
• Report pipeline and territory activities timely.
• Collaborate with Regional Manager to grow the territory.
• Monitor competitors in the area.
