Job summary

Medical Diagnostic Laboratories (MDL), part of Genesis Global Group, is expanding its sales team in the United States. We seek an Entry-Level Sales Executive to build and grow a client base among hospitals and physicians, driving revenue growth and presenting MDL’s PCR-based testing services.

You will develop territory plans, present to professional audiences, and collaborate with regional management to meet objectives while traveling as needed across the coverage area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 1–3 years of sales experience preferred but not required.
• Willingness to travel within the coverage area and nationwide.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and emailing/online tools.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual sales and profit objectives for a defined territory.
• Acquire new business and exceed annual territory sales budget by presenting new test information and up-selling.
• Develop and present personalized sales presentations to physicians, labs, clinics and group practices.
• Establish long-term client relations through scheduling and conducting calls with clients.
• Develop and maintain a full business pipeline and manage territory in the region.
• Provide timely reporting of pipeline, account plans and territory management activities.
