Qualifications

• 3–10 years of professional experience in technical or engineering environments.
• Demonstrated project management experience in technical/engineering settings.
• Technical background to understand engineering concepts related to finished goods.
• Ability to read BOM structures, engineering changes, and technical drawings.
• Proven self-starter with execution focus.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of engineering projects, ensuring progress and timely deliverables.
• Be a hands-on PM who contributes actively rather than only coordinates.
• Collaborate with engineering to understand BOMs, modifications, drawings and updates (e.g., AutoCAD).
• Translate technical information into actionable project plans and outcomes.
• Support evolving project needs and learn adjacent areas as required.
• Collaborate on-site with internal teams to maintain momentum.
