Job summary

AtriCure, Inc. offers innovative medical technologies and a hands-on Co-op/Intern opportunity in engineering, manufacturing and quality. You will work on sustaining and new product activities, gaining experience across testing, process development and design principles.

Ideal candidates are undergraduates in biomedical, mechanical or electrical engineering, eager to begin a mechanical/manufacturing career and learn within a supportive, regulated environment in Minnesota.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Biomedical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• High School diploma.
• Desire to initiate a mechanical/manufacturing/engineering career in the future.

Responsibilities

• Test following AtriCure Quality System guidelines and write test reports.
• Conduct engineering research as assigned by a supervisor.
• Write protocols for process validation/qualification and analyze results.
• Design test protocols, equipment and systems.
• Support engineering activities and other company functions as assigned.
