Job summary

Zimmer Biomet’s Development Co-Op Program is a multi-rotational engineering experience in a global MedTech setting. You will manage daily R&D tasks, contribute to design and development of orthopedic implants and instruments, and rotate 3-5 times across Spring and Fall full-time assignments.

Co-Op mentors provide technical trainings, certifications, and networking opportunities while you relocate for on-site work as needed. You will join a team focused on quality and innovation.

Qualifications

• Must be actively enrolled in an academic program for the entire duration of the assignment.
• Pursuit of B.S./B.E. degree in engineering. Mechanical or Biomedical majors preferred.
• GPA of 3.2+ preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design control element generation (risk analysis, DFMEAs, design reviews).
• Participate in cross functional project teams.
• Complaint investigations.
• Technical report writing.
• May participate in cadaveric studies.
