Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Satisfactory criminal background check per state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with medications as ordered by physician(s).
• Document all medication management activities as required by regulation and community policy.
• Receive, store, secure, inventory, and dispose of medications per regulations and policy.
• Participate in the medication training program and demonstrate competency.
• Maintain order and cleanliness in medication storage area.
• Assist residents with daily bathing, dressing, grooming, dental care, and basic room care.
• Record vital signs, weight, and care notes; report changes to supervisor.
• Attend orientation, training, and staff meetings; complete yearly trainings.
• Ensure resident confidentiality and report incidents; adhere to safety rules.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, discharge, and inventory of possessions.
• Other tasks as deemed by management.
