Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in brand, visual, or creative design.
• Experience building or expanding a creative system, design system, or asset library.
• Strong foundation in typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy.
• Proficiency in Figma; experience using Canva and Asana for production.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality creative assets across the patient and provider journey (website content, social graphics and animations, presentations, print materials).
• Collaborate with sales, patient experience, product, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate goals into clear visual solutions.
• Develop and expand the company’s creative system using brand guidelines, scalable templates, components, and asset libraries.
• Ensure brand consistency and high design quality across touchpoints, addressing gaps in the visual identity.
• Apply medtech/healthcare industry knowledge to create experiences for patients and provider partners.
• Test and iterate new creative approaches using feedback to refine designs.
• Leverage AI-assisted design tools to speed ideation while preserving originality and craftsmanship.
• Manage multiple projects in Asana to keep priorities and timelines aligned.
