Job summary

BD is seeking an Assembly2 role in El Paso, TX to perform assembly, packaging, and labeling of medical products in a GMP environment. You will operate various manufacturing processes, ensure product quality, and support continuous improvement while maintaining cleanroom standards.

Required 1–3 years in a high-paced medical manufacturing setting, High School diploma, and strong documentation skills. Spanish/English bilingual ability is a plus, with a focus on teamwork and safety.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of GMP and quality systems and GDP familiarity.
• Ability to interpret SOPs, batch records, and specifications.
• Experience with visual, in-process, and final inspections.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, package, and label medical devices and pharmaceutical products per GMP and SOPs.
• Operate multiple manufacturing processes and maintain production flow.
• Complete batch records and production logs in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Meet daily production targets and monitor performance metrics.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas per 5S and cleanroom guidelines.
• Provide training and knowledge sharing to other associates as needed.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and report production issues promptly.
