Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers high-quality, patient-centered care per nursing process.
• Conducts thorough patient assessments and reports changes to the care team.
• Administers prescribed meds and monitors for side effects.
• Educates patients and families about conditions and treatments.
• Collaborates with physicians and staff to develop care plans.
• Responds to emergencies and participates in life-support activities as needed.
• Maintains infection control practices and patient safety standards.
• Documents care and outcomes in the medical record.
