Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a valid RN license with MedSurg experience and BLS certification, demonstrating strong clinical assessment and communication skills. A supportive onboarding and benefits program accompanies this role.

Qualifications

• Current and valid RN license.
• Experience in Medical-Surgical nursing preferred.
• BLS certification; additional certifications may be required depending on the facility.
• Strong clinical assessment, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care on a MedSurg unit with diverse caseloads.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and evaluate care plans.
• Document accurately and ensure patient safety and infection control standards.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and perform procedures as needed.
• Participate in ongoing education to maintain current nursing knowledge and licenses.
