The Program Delivery Senior Manager will provide end‑to‑end programmatic operational excellence of the Medicines Supply Resilience (MedSuRe) Africa project, a multi‑year, multi‑country project that aims to increase regional production of quality‑assured, African‑made medicines in ways that are cost‑competitive and climate‑smart. In close collaboration with the MedSuRe Deputy Project Director, the Program Delivery Senior Manager will lead day‑to‑day project operations and implementation, ensuring effective coordination across teams and compliance with donor and contractual requirements.
More specifically, the Program Delivery Senior Manager will manage the development of annual implementation planning, monitor timelines, and develop and oversee reporting processes among other tasks, to ensure high quality results. This position will oversee project management staff and support coordination across technical, finance, monitoring and evaluation (M E), and partner teams to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery of project objectives. The role also involves coordinating and communicating with stakeholders – including the donor, project partners, key external national, regional, and global stakeholders, and internal teams.

Base Salary Range: USD 139,453.00 – 173,900.00 annually.
Target Annual Bonus: Varies based on level of role.
