Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales, client relations, or business development—preferably in medspa or luxury health/wellness.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High EQ with a passion for health, beauty, and client care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct consultations to recommend treatment plans and services.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets for packages, memberships, and retail.
• Upsell and cross-sell based on outcomes and seasonal offerings.
