Job summary

CPP Clinics is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead operations and sales for the medical spa network. This onsite, full-time role drives staff performance, SOPs, scheduling, and IT systems support while focusing on growth and profitability.

You will manage daily finances, patient flow, HIPAA compliance, and marketing initiatives to enhance the client experience and clinic results.

Qualifications

• Experience in practice management with leadership and coaching skills.
• Strong communication and ability to train staff and manage conflicts.
• Operational focus with cost control and patient care emphasis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee office operations, scheduling, and SOP implementation.
• Lead, coach, and develop staff; handle hiring and performance reviews.
• Manage billing, payments, HIPAA/compliance, and safety protocols.
• Coordinate marketing, patient flow, and CRM initiatives.
• Ensure high patient satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
