Job summary

Greenwich Medical Spa (GMS) is seeking a MedSpa Manager to oversee daily operations of our medical aesthetic practice. You will ensure policies and plans are executed within our Five-Star Service Standards.

Responsibilities include opening/closing, reception maintenance, HR collaboration, staff coaching, scheduling, compliance, inventory, and patient chart accuracy with HIPAA forms. The role also serves as the facility’s marketing representative.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred in sales/marketing or related field.
• At least 1–2 years dermatologic/aesthetics experience.
• 1–2 years management experience and luxury hospitality exposure encouraged.
• Commitment to exceptional customer service and high-end client experience.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the medspa and maintain reception area and displays.
• Partner with HR on employee lifecycle matters and coach/train staff as needed.
• Manage staff scheduling, compliance with licensures and trainings, and performance reviews.
• Maintain inventory, reconcile daily sales, and coordinate contracted services.
• Ensure patient charts include signed consents and HIPAA forms; act as marketing representative.
