ACTS Fleet Maintenance, Inc. is seeking experienced diesel technicians for work in both shop and field environments. You will focus on uptime, safety, and first-time-right repairs on medium and heavy-duty trucks and fleet vehicles.

Responsibilities include advanced diagnostics, brake and driveline service, electrical systems, and accurate fault-code interpretation. You will work independently with clear standards and strong ownership, joining a team that values structure and respect.

Qualificações

• Strong hands-on experience as a diesel technician.
• Advanced diagnostic ability.
• North Carolina State Inspection Certification.
• Familiarity with OEM and aftermarket scan tools.
• Ability to work independently and follow structured processes.
• Clear communication and accountability.
• CDL preferred, not required.

Responsabilidades

• Perform advanced diagnostics on late-model trucks and fleet vehicles.
• Service brake systems, suspension, steering, driveline, and transmissions.
• Diagnose electrical systems and emissions components.
• Read fault codes and diagnostic data accurately.
• Verify repairs through inspections and test drives.
• Diagnose and repair equipment in the field as needed.
• Represent ACTS Fleet with professionalism and reliability.

The Work

You'll work on medium and heavy-duty commercial trucks and fleet vehicles—both in-shop and in the field-with a focus on uptime, safety, and getting repairs done right the first time.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Advanced diagnostics on late-model trucks
• Brake systems, suspension, steering, driveline, and transmissions
• Electrical systems and emissions components
• Reading fault codes and diagnostic data accurately
