About The Team

Our Enterprise Sales team focuses on growing the company by building strong relationships with existing customers, supporting upselling and renewal strategies, and collaborating across internal teams to deliver value.

About The Role

As an Account Executive, you will manage and expand relationships within Workday’s existing customer base, focusing on strategic account planning, driving add-on sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers, focusing on upselling and deal management
  • Performing account planning and coordinating with pre-sales and other teams
  • Driving business growth through strategic add-ons and renewals
  • Collaborating with internal teams to align strategies and deliver solutions

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of SaaS/Cloud ERP/HCM/Financial/Analytics sales experience, with a record of negotiating with C-level executives
  • Proven ability to build long-term customer relationships and develop account strategies
  • Experience managing long sales cycles and understanding industry trends
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Location: Minneapolis, MN; US locations with pay range $137,300 - $167,800 USD
  • Flexible work policy: at least 50% in-office or in the field each quarter
