We are on the hunt for a seasoned Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated, ambitious individual who is passionate about technology and the sales industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from identifying potential clients to closing deals. If you have a knack for exceeding sales quotas and a talent for negotiation, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

As a Account Executive, your primary responsibilities will include

  • Managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and deal closure.
  • Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities by establishing contact and developing relationships with potential clients.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales quotas on a consistent basis.
  • Presenting and demonstrating our software solutions to potential clients, showcasing how our offerings can address their specific needs.
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and product developments to strategically position our offerings in the market.
  • Providing detailed and accurate sales forecasts to the management team.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the Permanent Account Executive position should possess the following qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the software industry (B2B).
  • Proven track record of managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills, with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
  • Solid understanding of software products and the ability to articulate their value proposition.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections and rejections effectively.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive to succeed in a competitive environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field would be advantageous.
