OfCorsica NYC is seeking an experienced Bartender to craft cocktails and deliver warm, knowledgeable service by the Little Island area. You will know our beverage program inside out, guide guests through pairings, and contribute to a polished bar experience with a strong hospitality mindset.

Join a fast-paced, guest-centric team where you will perform opening/closing duties, maintain bar cleanliness, and help drive beverage sales while ensuring responsible service and accurate transactions.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience as a bartender in a full-service, high-volume environment.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails and wine, Mediterranean wine knowledge a plus.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills with a team-oriented mindset.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and professionalism.
• Fluent in English and able to operate a POS system efficiently.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Create classic and signature cocktails with consistency, speed, and artistry.
• Provide warm, informed, and elevated guest service in line with hospitality values.
• Maintain full knowledge of beverages, including wines, cocktails, spirits, and beer.
• Offer recommendations and guide guests through wine and drink pairings.
• Support beverage-focused sales goals, upsell specials and promotions, and engage in brand storytelling.
• Monitor guest behavior and ensure responsible alcohol service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and equipment.
• Restock, prep garnishes, and perform opening/closing duties.
• Handle all payments accurately per cash handling procedures.
• Report equipment issues and inventory concerns promptly.
• Participate in training, tastings, and team meetings to strengthen product knowledge.
