Job summary

LaSalle Network is seeking a Clinical Meditech Analyst in Chicago, IL to support, analyze, and maintain MEDITECH clinical applications and procedures. You will ensure seamless operation of clinical systems, assist with upgrades, and provide user support across departments.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in healthcare or equivalent and at least three years of experience with MEDITECH Applications, plus strong analytical and communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in healthcare or clinical application software.
• Minimum of three years of experience with MEDITECH Applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing support for clinical MEDITECH applications and ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate on installation of upgrades and enhancements; develop and implement conversion plans.
• Conduct user training and assist with continuing education on software.
• Create and maintain clear system documentation and user manuals.
• Support project management activities and coordinate with stakeholders.
