Job summary

Kingman Regional Medical Center is seeking a MEDITECH data and analytics analyst to develop and advance enterprise reporting across the MEDITECH EHR environment. You will build executive dashboards, KPIs, and data extracts, partnering with clinical, financial, and operational teams to enable timely, trusted information for decision-making.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of healthcare analytics experience; strong SQL, Power BI, and data governance are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relative experience in a analytics/healthcare domain.
• 5 years experience developing reports, dashboards, or analytics within a healthcare environment; experience with BI and data visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain executive dashboards and enterprise performance reporting.
• Translate organizational priorities and leadership questions into meaningful KPIs, dashboards, reports, and analytical insights.
• Develop reporting that enables leadership to identify trends, performance gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Provide analytical support for executive leadership, finance, clinical operations, revenue cycle, quality, and other departments.
• Perform ad hoc analyses in response to strategic and operational questions.
• Move the organization from retrospective reporting toward proactive, data-driven performance management.
