Job summary

Oakmont Management Group is hiring a Medication Technician at Ivy Park in Tustin. The role involves supervising and assisting with medication administration, direct resident care, and activity participation supervision. Shifts are full-time, Sunday through Thursday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, in a senior living community.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of medication assistance experience, be 18+, and pass background and health screenings. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401k options.

Qualifications

• Prefer at least 1 year of experience assisting with medication in a Residential Care Facility.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass background checks and health screenings.
• Strong customer service and communication skills for residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute medication to residents per physician orders and policies.
• Coordinate medication services with pharmacies and physicians.
• Provide direct personal care and encourage resident participation in activities.
• Work with housekeeping and maintenance to support a safe environment.
