Job summary

Holland Home is seeking a compassionate Dietary Aide to join our Raybrook Manor dining team in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This full-time position supports meal service, tray assembly, and light sanitation to enhance resident comfort and nutrition.

You will collaborate with our culinary team to meet dietary needs, maintain a welcoming dining environment, and participate in a rotating schedule that includes weekends and holidays. Experience in care settings is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, speak, write, and understand English.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 60 pounds.
• Pass a basic physical.
• Pass a comprehensive background check.

Responsibilities

• Adding meals to food trays.
• Serving trays to residents.
• Assisting with the washing of dishes.
• Other light sanitation tasks.
