The Villas at San Bernardino is hiring a MedTech to deliver compassionate care in an assisted living environment. Join a team dedicated to enhancing residents’ daily living activities and quality of life.

You will work closely with residents to support daily tasks, promote participation in group activities, and ensure safety while assisting with mobility and personal care. This role requires a high school diploma and Med Tech certification.

Formación

• Provide exceptional ADL support to residents in an assisted living setting.
• Encourage resident socialization and participation in community activities.
• Lift up to 25 pounds and be able to reach, bend, kneel, and stand for periods of time.

Responsibilities of a MedTech:

• The MedTech is responsible for providing exceptional ADL services to a group of residents in an assisted living setting.
• The MedTech will also encourage socialization and participation in community activities.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma preferred.
• Med Tech Certification
• Caregiver/MedTech experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds at a time
• Ability to reach, bend, kneel and stand for (sometimes) a long period of time
